Welcome to My Sehat Point (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you (“User”, “You”, “Your”) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Scope of Services

• Pharmacy and medicine sales & delivery
• Doctor consultation (online/OPD)
• Diagnostic lab test booking and home sample collection
• Health membership plans (Sehat Sathi, Sehat Plus, Sehat Health)

All services are subject to availability, operational feasibility, and regulatory compliance.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
• A valid prescription is required for purchase of prescription medicines.
• By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide correct, complete, and updated information.
• Do not misuse or abuse the services (fraudulent orders, duplicate accounts, etc.).
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use services strictly for personal and lawful purposes only.

4. Membership Plans

• Plans available: Sehat Sathi (₹199), Sehat Plus (₹399), Sehat Health (₹599).
• Validity: 12 months from activation date.
• Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Benefits are capped strictly as per plan limits (e.g., free deliveries, consultations, discounts).
• The Company reserves the right to modify membership benefits at its discretion with prior notice.

5. Medicine Delivery Policy

• Free medicine delivery is available within a 5 KM radius of the store/outlet.
• Orders beyond service areas may attract additional charges.
• Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to stock availability, location, or unforeseen events.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Medicines: Open packet returns are not allowed as per health & safety regulations.
• Lab Tests: If cancelled, a ₹50 home visit charge will be deducted.
• Membership Plans: Strictly non-refundable once purchased.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Doctor Consultation

• Consultations are subject to doctor’s availability and timings.
• Doctor’s advice, medicine guidance, or recommendations are provided as general guidance only.
• Final responsibility for use of medicines, treatments, or lifestyle choices lies solely with the user.
• In case of medical emergencies, users must immediately visit a hospital or emergency care facility.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for unavailability of products, technical glitches, delivery delays, or errors caused by third-party service providers (labs, doctors, couriers, payment gateways).
• We do not guarantee any specific medical outcome from the use of our services.
• Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in dispute.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, designs, software, and logos on My Sehat Point are the intellectual property of the Company.
• Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written consent.

10. Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if:

• False or misleading information is provided.
• Services are misused or used illegally.
• Payment obligations are not met.
• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions occurs.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Amendments

The Company may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website/app with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
